Back up!
Backups are important, almost everybody knows. While doing it you might think, what a useless time-wasting action, but when your computer has got a cold or is just messed up you think: "Oh yes, backing up isn't useless at all!" - I even make back-ups from this blog, you can find them on: http://jorddka.blogspot.com/ - just made the theme a little-bit more posterous.
Picture 1: My webdesign-computer was messed up after 10 restarts after a Vista Blue screen.
Picture 2: Old and new iBook, compare it with back-ups, you can always fall back to the other version.
